Community of growth-minded coaches
If you’re like most cheer coaches, you’ve experienced:
You Love Coaching. But Sometimes, You’re Guessing…
Walking into practice without a progress focused plan
Watching skills breakdown and unable to figure out why or how to fix it
Feeling unsure about the best progression path for an athlete
Making decisions you don’t love due to pressure from parents or administration
Wanting someone to go to with all of your questions and know you’ll walk away feeling good about the answers
We’ve all been there…but the industry wasn’t designed to support us.
The Difference Support Makes…
Imagine:
Running a strategic practice based on team, program, and individual goals
Knowing where and why a skill is breaking down, and how to fix it quickly
Having a structured progression plan to keep athletes safe and moving forward
Feeling confident in your decisions and having a support system when they’re out of your control
Being part of a community of coaches who’ve been there, done that, and come out the other side
Don’t do more. Do what matters, better.

Six months allows you to:
Implement what you’re learning in real practices
Apply feedback over time
Grow alongside the community
Experience the evolving resources being added monthly
Get help when you need it most in the season
This timeline also aligns naturally with key coaching seasons: Planning for tryouts and Planning for comp season.
The goal isn’t quick information. It’s sustained growth.
After 6 months, you’re encouraged to renew and continue building, as new tools and trainings are added monthly.
-
You keep access for the full 6 months regardless of activity level.
All content is evergreen and self-paced.
You can:

This space is for cheer coaches who:
Want more clarity in how they train
Care about long-term athlete development
Value structure and intentional decision-making
Are open to feedback and growth
It is not about the skill level of your team.
It’s about your commitment to becoming a more intentional coach.
If you already have extensive internal mentorship, deeply established systems, and little room for adaptation or growth within your program, this may not be necessary for you.
But if you want ongoing structure, professional support, and a community of coaches building together, you’re in the right place.
-
Inside the Institute, you have access to:
Comment feedback inside discussions
Direct messaging within Skool
Monthly live training calls
You can ask questions, submit context, and receive guidance around:
Skill progressions
Practice structure
In-season decisions
Implementation questions
Etc.
Typical response time is 24–48 hours during the week.
This is structured mentorship, not unlimited 1:1 coaching, so that we can all learn and grow together.
-
